The Tees Barrage white water course is a world class water sports facility, offering flat-water facilities for the novice and superb white water for the expert.

Canoe, Kayak, Coaching The Teesside WW course and 4 Seasons are nationally recognized as a centre offering excellence for canoe and kayak coaching. The courses are run by highly qualified and experienced instructors with many years experience of delivering high quality, tailor made, specialist training for canoeists at all levels.

White Water Rafting Why not come and ride the rapids? Come white water rafting all year round on their fully customizable white water river. The fast flowing rapids will carry you down the course on an exhilarating and adrenalin fuelled trip! And, because the Tees is a tidal course we have guaranteed white water ALL year round!!
